Why, oh why?! I try and try and sometimes it just doesn't work. :( Failed attempt tonight to make a turkey and rice casserole. I could have sworn the rice would cook in the stove, it had enough liquid, but it didn't. So when it came out Laura spooned a decent size onto her plate and started eating. She said it was a little crunchy, a little?! When I tried it the rice was completely uncooked! Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow night.....
